Your privacy
Halo Prayer does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics or tracking.
- Your journal, prayer history, check-ins, saved items, and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
- The app makes no network requests of its own. Everything it needs is bundled inside it and works with no signal.
- If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it. You can also export it yourself at any time from the Journal screen.
- Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- Halo Prayer does not sell, share, or use your information for advertising, and is not directed at children under 13.

Because Halo Prayer keeps everything on your device, most questions have a short answer:
How do I get my writing out of the app?
Journal tab, then Export to Excel. The file is yours; nothing is uploaded.
How do I delete everything?
Journal tab, then Delete all, or simply delete the app. Both remove the data permanently.
I paid and the app still asks me to subscribe.
Open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. If that does not work, check you are signed in with the Apple ID that bought it.
How do I cancel?
Menu → Subscription opens Apple’s manage-subscriptions screen, or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
The prayers are not reading aloud.
Settings → Voice, then choose a woman’s or a man’s voice. Check your ringer switch is not on silent.
Something is wrong, or a quotation is misattributed.
Use Report a Problem on the Halo Prayer App Store page, and we will see it.

Scripture is quoted from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. Paintings, icons, engravings, and chant recordings are public-domain works, most from Wikimedia Commons. The optional read-aloud narration was generated with Piper, an open-source speech model, and ships inside the app. Quotations from saints and writers are labelled as verified, attributed, or paraphrased.
